Four years ago when the pool house was being built, we were unsure how the membership would use a cart parking area next to the patio. We installed stone to see how this area was actually going to work. The stone was messy and certainly didn't look very nice. Last December we removed the stone and this spring we have installed topsoil.
Next Wednesday we will be sodding this area. Once it's established carts can park on it and I think it will survive just fine with occasional cart parking.
