Solid Deep Tine Aerification


On Monday April 29 we will be deep tine aerifying our greens. This process pokes 8-10 inch deep holes into the ground which helps break through the layer between decades of topdressing and the original subsurface. Greens recovery will be much quicker than our normal fall process because the tines are narrower and solid so they don't bring up any material. We will topdress with sand, drag and roll the greens immediately following the aerification. The first tee will open at 12:00 instead of 11:00 on Monday.
