|This is the best photo that I have found of our three holes that went over Cass Road. |
The fourth hole was a dog leg right from the end of the driving range. Your tee shot would be aimed almost straight east over Cass Road. From the landing area you hit it over Boot Lake to the south. You can see that green in the distance.
You walked down the stairs to the fifth tee and you hit back over Boot Lake, now hitting north to the green pictured just across Cass.
The sixth tee is on the near side of Cass Road at the bottom of the photo. This was a short par four up the hill, your ball would land on our current second fairway and you hit your approach shot to our second green.
The Club sold the land to The City of Traverse City and they filled in the lake with trash and debris.
